Deliverables
Deliverables are everything a film must hand over to a distributor, broadcaster, or festival: picture and sound masters in specified formats, subtitles and captions, music cue sheets, artwork and stills, trailers, and legal documents such as chain of title, clearances, and proof of errors and omissions insurance.
Delivery requirements vary by buyer and can be extensive. Budgeting time and money for deliverables during post-production prevents delays after a deal is signed.
