Terms of Service

1. The service

Major Film Studios (“we,” “us”) provides AI-assisted script coverage, optional paid training programs, and a referral pipeline connecting qualifying scripts with producer partners. Coverage scores and notes are editorial evaluations generated to professional standards; they are opinions, not promises of production, purchase, or representation.

2. Your work stays yours

You retain all right, title, and interest in material you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited license to store, read, analyze, and — only when your script qualifies and is routed — share your submission package with producer partners. This license ends when you delete your submission or request deletion.

3. Your representations

You represent that submitted material is your original work (or that you control the rights to it), and that your submission doesn't violate any third party's rights or any agreement you're bound by.

4. Training purchases

Training program prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. Each program includes a guaranteed resubmission credit as described on its page. Self-paced course purchases may be refunded within 14 days if less than 25% of the material has been accessed; cohort and 1:1 program refunds are governed by the guarantee language on their pages.

5. Referrals

Referrals are introductions, not offers. Whether a producer engages your material, and on what terms, is entirely between you and the producer. We may receive standard referral compensation from producer partners; this never costs writers anything and never affects your scorecard.

6. Acceptable use

Don't submit material you don't have rights to, attempt to probe or disrupt the service, scrape other writers' data, or use the platform to generate coverage for resale.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our total liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Nevada.
