Shot List

A shot list breaks each scene into individual camera setups, recording shot size, angle, movement, lens notes, and the action or dialogue each covers. It's the working plan the camera department and first assistant director use on set.

Efficient shot lists group shots by setup to minimize relighting and mark priorities in case the day runs long. They complement storyboards and are built from the script breakdown.
