Call Sheet

The call sheet is the operating document for one day of production. Prepared by the assistant directors from the shooting schedule, it lists the scenes and script pages being shot, call times for each cast and crew member, location addresses and parking, weather, safety information such as the nearest hospital, and special notes for departments.

Call sheets usually go out the evening before each shooting day. When plans change, a revised call sheet follows.
