From Scorecard to Green Light: How This Platform Actually Works

We built this platform on one observation: the film industry has a professional standard for evaluating scripts — coverage — but writers can't access it, and the services that resell it charge hundreds of dollars for a single opinion. So we made the studio-grade read free, made it scored, and built a pipeline on top of it that runs all the way to producers. Here's the whole machine, stage by stage.

Stage one: the scored read

Submit your script — PDF, any professional format — and the engine performs the read described in How AI Coverage Works: full structural parse, then scoring across the dimensions studios grade. Premise, structure, character, dialogue, pacing — plus the two dimensions humans guess at and parsers don't: budget realism and market viability.

What comes back is a readiness tier and dimension-level notes. What never comes back is "Pass" — a verdict built for studio triage, useless to a writer. "Not ready yet, here's the specific gap" is the entire editorial philosophy.

Stage two: the loop

The tier you land matters less than what the system does with it. Scripts below the top tier get a mapped gap — which dimensions are short, where the read stalls — and an open invitation to resubmit. Stage three: the production pack

Scripts that score pitch-ready trigger something no coverage service offers: an automatically generated production pack — one-sheet, budget summary, packaging notes — built from the same analysis that scored the pages, so your selling documents and your script can never disagree. This is the difference between "your script is good" (a compliment) and "your script can now travel" (an outcome). Packs are built for forwarding, because that's how projects move.

Stage four: people

Top-tier scripts go to humans. Our producer network — anchored by our Nevada production partners — reviews pitch-ready material with packs attached, against real slate needs, particularly Nevada-producible projects. Optional human expert coverage adds a vetted industry reader's taste-level notes on top of the scorecard at any stage.
